Narrator: The trial drags on for days and the Bishop pressures Joan to sign a confession letter that her visions were not real. Although Joan initially agrees, she later retracts her confession and she is put back on trial

Bishop: We must complete this trial
We must let justice rule
I am getting tired of being Joan’s fool
Joan, I don’t understand. Why you dressed like a man?
And why did you recant your story?
Joan: Bishop, you already know. I must speak God’s truth and do His will even if it kills me
BIshop:Joan you leave me no choice
Joan: You always have a choice.
Bishop: You will die through your own words
Joan: No I die through you (looks directly at Bishop. He looks away).
Bishop: (not looking at Joan) Joan we find you guilty. You will be handed over to the secular authorities and will be burned at the stake.
Joan: I accept my fate
